Sheila Rosanio School of Dance & Gymnastics encourages children and adults to participate in classes that will enhance their health and fitness through programs that develop self esteem, confidence and respect for themselves and others.

Biography

Sheila Rosanio is a graduate of Boston State College. Sheila received a Bachelor of Science Degree where she majored in Dance & Physical Education with a minor in Biology.

Sheila has danced her entire life and continues her education through master classes with world renown choreographers, and though teachings at national and local dance conventions.

Upon college graduation Sheila opened the Sheila Rosanio School of Dance & Gymnastics and is celebrating her 38th season in Revere.

Sheila’s student have competed and danced both regionally and nationally with numerous High Point Champions and Top Teacher Awards.

Sheila has choreographed and her students have

performed in such events as:

Fleet Center Opening Ceremony

Urban Jam at Boston’s Wang Theatre

Grand Ole Opry National Convention

Dolphin Cruise Lines

Royal Caribbean International

Norwegian Cruise Lines

International Dance Festival in Bermuda, Cancun & Cozumel Mexico where Sheila and her students were presented with certificates of appreciation and citation from the Governor of Massachusetts & Mayors of Mexico and Bermuda for building relationships through dance.

Many of Sheila’s students have received college scholarships in both dance & gymnastics, and have gone on to dance professionally in dance troupes, major companies, video work, and commercials. Sheila is proud to say that a former student, Shealagh Boyajian has just finished her residency at Extravaganza at Bally's in Las Vegas and is now performing for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (Odyssey of the Seas)
